4.1. All promotional discounts and special pricing are automatically applied at checkout, provided all promotional criteria are met. No promo code input is required unless explicitly stated.
4.2. All promotional prices, rates, and values are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.3. The promotions under this Campaign cannot be combined with any other active vouchers, discount codes, or loyalty point redemptions unless stated otherwise.
4.4. All successful top-up transactions made during this Campaign are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other digital goods.
4.5. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the User ID, Zone ID, Character Name, or Server details entered during checkout are accurate. Kaki Gamer will not be held liable or issue refunds for items delivered to incorrect game accounts due to user error.
5.1. Kaki Gamer reserves the absolute right to alter, extend, shorten, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign or any specific sub-campaigns (including Flash Sales mechanics and denominations) at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Kaki Gamer reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted immediately on the platform and shall take effect dynamically.
5.3. In the event of any suspicion of fraud, system manipulation, abuse, multi-accounting creation to exploit the New User promotion, or violation of Kaki Gamer's Terms of Service, Kaki Gamer reserves the right to cancel the transaction, forfeit promotional benefits, or permanently suspend the offending user's account.
6.1. Kaki Gamer shall not be liable for any system disruptions, internet connectivity issues, delay in server processing from game publishers, or payment gateway failures that prevent a user from participating in or completing a transaction during the Campaign or Flash Sale windows.
6.2. By participating, users agree to release and hold harmless Kaki Gamer, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
